Responsibilities
- Process routine transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional customer service while addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Actively promote bank products/services to meet sales targets
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions with meticulous attention to detail
- Collaborate with branch team to resolve complex account issues
- Support branch operations through document processing and record maintenance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office Suite
- Strong numerical aptitude and error detection skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic knowledge of financial regulations (FDIC, BSA) required
- Texas Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain)
