Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Resolve account inquiries and educate clients on digital banking tools and security protocols
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for banking products and services
- Maintain cash drawer compliance and perform daily balancing procedures
- Adhere to anti-money laundering regulations and fraud prevention protocols
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve customer satisfaction and sales targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in finance preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling experience in retail or banking
- Proficiency with core banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills with multilingual abilities a plus
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
