Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional service to clients via in-person, phone, and digital channels
- Operate bank equipment (cash drawers, scanners, security systems) provided by the bank
- Identify and cross-sell appropriate banking products (loans, accounts, credit cards)
- Maintain strict compliance with federal regulations and bank security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to branch management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with basic banking software and provided equipment
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
