Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide personalized financial advice and product recommendations to enhance customer experience
- Resolve account inquiries and discrepancies efficiently while maintaining confidentiality
- Balance cash drawer and daily transactions to ensure compliance with bank policies
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs and revenue targets
- Uphold strict security protocols and anti-fraud procedures
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service and sales objectives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
