Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Provide exceptional service by resolving account inquiries and recommending appropriate banking products
- Maintain strict adherence to security protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions with meticulous attention to detail
- Actively cross-sell bank services while educating customers on digital banking tools
- Collaborate with branch teams to achieve customer satisfaction and sales targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or cash handling role
- Proficiency in basic arithmetic and financial software applications
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Proven track record of maintaining high ethical standards and confidentiality
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and some holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean background check required
