Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Open new accounts and assist with loan applications
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues
- Balance cash drawers and maintain compliance protocols
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products
- Uphold strict security and regulatory standards
- Contribute to branch goals and customer satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Federal banking compliance knowledge preferred
- Basic Teller certification a plus
