Responsibilities
- Process transactions accurately including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve account inquiries efficiently
- Open new accounts and assist with financial product promotions
- Maintain cash drawer compliance and perform daily balancing
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for credit union services
- Adhere to strict security protocols and regulatory compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and banking software systems
