Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized service and problem-solving
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions while adhering to strict compliance standards
- Promote bank products and services to meet customer needs and business objectives
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to branch management
- Assist with new account openings and financial literacy education

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and digital transaction platforms
