Responsibilities
- Process routine transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with precision and efficiency
- Provide personalized financial advice and cross-sell bank products/services
- Resolve client inquiries and disputes with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and daily reconciliation records
- Adhere to strict compliance protocols and security procedures
- Collaborate with branch colleagues to achieve service and sales targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- 1+ years experience in customer service or cash handling
- Proficiency in banking software and MS Office applications
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- FBI background check and credit check clearance required
