Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments efficiently and accurately using our banking systems.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to build lasting, trust-based relationships.
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet individual customer needs and contribute to branch goals.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure total accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure branch environment at all times.
- Assist customers with account inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong mathematical skills and a keen attention to detail are essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Basic proficiency with computer applications and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
