Responsibilities
- Process transactions with accuracy including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and identifying financial solutions
- Balance cash drawers and maintain precise transaction records daily
- Actively cross-sell banking products while adhering to compliance standards
- Assist with new account openings and service existing client relationships
- Participate in branch security protocols and fraud prevention measures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with banking software and digital platforms
