Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Operate bank-provided equipment (cash drawers, scanners, terminals)
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products
- Maintain security protocols and cash handling procedures
- Update customer records using bank-provided software
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling experience preferred
- Proficiency with bank-provided technology and equipment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
