- Process routine financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries, recommending products, and educating clients on digital banking tools
- Balance cash drawers and maintain precise transaction records daily
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Adhere to strict compliance protocols and anti-fraud security measures
- Collaborate with branch team to ensure seamless customer experiences
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and basic MS Office applications
