Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and promoting bank products
- Maintain strict adherence to federal banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions with zero discrepancies
- Actively cross-sell bank services including loans, credit cards, and investment products
- Operate core banking systems and digital platforms efficiently
- Collaborate with branch managers and commercial banking teams for complex client needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and digital transaction platforms
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish bilingualism highly valued
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Federal banking compliance certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
