Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying financial needs and recommending appropriate products/services
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions while adhering to strict compliance protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding account balances, fees, and banking services
- Assist with new account openings, check processing, and fraud prevention procedures
- Collaborate with branch colleagues to achieve sales targets and service excellence goals
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and technical skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with banking software and basic MS Office applications
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
- Previous banking experience a significant plus
