- Process routine transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and educating clients on digital banking tools
- Uphold strict security protocols and regulatory compliance for all financial operations
- Actively identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Maintain precise cash drawer reconciliation and transaction documentation
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve monthly sales and service goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in finance preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or cash handling role
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual candidates highly valued)
