- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving inquiries and promoting bank products
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and adhere to strict security protocols
- Open new accounts and assist customers with digital banking solutions
- Collaborate with branch management to achieve sales and service goals
- Uphold regulatory compliance and fraud prevention standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office applications
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
