Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with precision
- Resolve account inquiries and promote bank products/services
- Maintain accurate cash drawer and transaction records
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Collaborate with branch teams to achieve service and sales goals
- Provide financial guidance to customers regarding basic banking products
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
