Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Provide exceptional service while resolving account inquiries and promoting bank products
- Maintain strict compliance with security protocols and financial regulations
- Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions with precision
- Collaborate with branch colleagues to achieve team goals and customer satisfaction targets
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell appropriate financial products to customers
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
