Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision and efficiency
- Provide exceptional service to bank clients in-person and via phone
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for banking products
- Maintain accurate cash drawer and transaction records
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues
- Adhere to all banking compliance regulations
- Assist with branch operational duties as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
