Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision and efficiency including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Build trust by proactively identifying customer needs and cross-selling financial products
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers daily and reconcile discrepancies with meticulous attention to detail
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly while maintaining professional composure
- Support branch operations by assisting with audits, paperwork, and digital banking services
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience in cash handling or customer service role
- Proficiency with banking software and digital transaction systems
- Strong mathematical aptitude and accuracy with financial data
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex products simply
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours including weekends
