Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Build rapport through personalized financial consultations
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for banking products
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Contribute to branch security and fraud prevention
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling experience
- Strong attention to detail and mathematical aptitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Fraud detection and compliance knowledge
- Missouri Notary Public certification preferred
