Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision and efficiency including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Provide exceptional service by resolving inquiries and building client relationships
- Uphold strict security protocols for cash handling and fraud prevention
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet customer financial needs
- Maintain accurate transaction records and account documentation
- Collaborate with branch staff to achieve sales and service targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and banking software
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license for potential branch travel
