Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide personalized financial guidance and cross-sell bank products/services based on customer needs
- Maintain strict cash drawer accountability and daily reconciliation procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently while maintaining professional demeanor
- Adhere to all banking regulations, security protocols, and anti-fraud measures
- Actively promote digital banking solutions and self-service options
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales and service targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or cash handling role
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and banking software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
