Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision and efficiency, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Build lasting relationships by identifying financial needs and offering appropriate products
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions

- Support branch operations through accurate record-keeping and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
