Responsibilities
- Process member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with accuracy
- Resolve account inquiries and educate members on digital banking tools
- Balance cash drawers and maintain precise transaction records daily
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for credit union products/services
- Adhere to strict anti-fraud protocols and security procedures
- Assist with new account openings and documentation processing
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service and sales targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required (college preferred)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with NACHA, Reg CC, and BSA regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
