Responsibilities
- Process routine transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cash advances with precision
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding account balances, fees, and banking products
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank services and financial products
- Maintain strict adherence to banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawer and daily transactions with 100% accuracy
- Assist with new account openings and documentation verification
- Collaborate with branch team to ensure smooth branch operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and basic MS Office applications
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish fluency highly valued)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Fraud detection and loss prevention awareness
- Valid CA driver's license (if branch requires travel)
