- Process transactions with precision and efficiency

- Resolve inquiries and resolve account issues
- Actively cross-sell bank products and services
- Maintain strict compliance with financial regulations
- Operate cash vault and manage daily reconciliation
- Support branch operational initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or cash handling experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic proficiency with banking software
- TN Notary Public certification preferred
