- Process customer transactions with precision and efficiency, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers

- Maintain accurate cash drawer and transaction records while adhering to strict compliance standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to branch management as needed

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience in a financial setting
- Proven ability to maintain 100% accuracy in high-volume transaction processing
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations and compliance procedures

- Proficiency with banking software and digital transaction platforms
