Responsibilities
- Process daily customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Resolve account inquiries and provide personalized financial product recommendations
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile transactions daily to meet regulatory standards
- Uphold strict security protocols for cash handling and confidential customer information
- Actively promote bank services and identify cross-selling opportunities for clients
- Maintain organized records and assist with branch audits as required
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless branch operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience required
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail for transaction accuracy
- Proficient in basic computer applications and banking software systems
- Excellent communication skills with ability to resolve customer concerns professionally
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
