Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting bank products/services
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations, security protocols, and anti-fraud measures
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure financial integrity
- Build trust and rapport with clients through personalized financial guidance and relationship building
- Support branch operations through cross-training in teller services, new accounts, and customer support
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in cash handling, customer service, or retail banking
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and mathematical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends as needed
- Must pass background check and credit verification
