Responsibilities
- Process routine transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cash advances
- Provide accurate account balances and transaction information to clients
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Resolve client inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales and service goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
