Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior customer service to meet and exceed expectations.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Inform customers about our various financial products and services to help them achieve their goals.
- Assist in the maintenance of a clean, organized, and secure branch environment.
- Refer complex customer inquiries to the appropriate branch manager or specialist.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; previous banking or cash-handling experience is a plus.
- Strong math skills and the ability to perform basic arithmetic quickly and accurately.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of integrity and trustworthiness.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with ATMs and teller systems.
