- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized financial guidance
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding account balances, fees, and digital banking services
- Uphold stringent security protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain organized cash drawer and ATM reconciliation procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or cash handling
