Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide personalized financial guidance and product recommendations (checking accounts, credit cards, loans)
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to branch management
- Maintain strict adherence to compliance protocols (BANK SEC Act, AML regulations)
- Balance cash drawer daily and reconcile discrepancies
- Actively cross-sell bank products while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Collaborate with team to achieve branch sales targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office applications
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish fluency a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Must pass background check and credit verification
- Familiarity with financial regulations (FDIC, Reg E)
