Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Build lasting relationships with clients by providing superior service and financial guidance.
- Open and close new accounts and assist with loan applications and renewals.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products to meet sales targets and customer needs.
- Operate the cash drawer and reconcile daily balances with precision.
- Assist with branch operations, including maintaining a clean and organized lobby.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; some college in finance or business is a plus.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience in a banking environment is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Must pass a background check and obtain necessary banking certifications.
