Responsibilities
- Process transactions with precision including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and solution-oriented approaches
- Open and maintain checking/savings accounts while explaining product features
- Uphold security protocols including cash handling and fraud prevention measures
- Actively identify cross-sell opportunities for banking products
- Balance daily transactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve customer satisfaction goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficient with basic financial software and MS Office applications
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends
- Must pass background check and T certification
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets
