Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service and financial product education
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently while adhering to banking regulations
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions with meticulous attention to detail
- Actively promote bank services and cross-sell appropriate financial products
- Assist with new account openings and documentation verification
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales and service goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency with banking software
- Must pass background check and pre-employment screening
