- Maintain accurate general ledgers and financial records for 15+ clients
- Process accounts payable/receivable and monthly bank reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements and management reports
- Coordinate with auditors during tax season
- Implement QuickBooks cloud solutions for client efficiency
- Manage payroll processing and tax filings
- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Pro/Premier
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Advanced Excel proficiency with VLOOKUP/PivotTable skills
- PA state tax compliance certification preferred
- Experience with multi-state payroll systems
- Proficiency in Xero or FreshBooks platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
