Responsibilities
- Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with precision
- Provide personalized financial guidance and cross-sell bank products/services
- Maintain cash drawer accuracy and adhere to strict security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Open new accounts and assist clients with digital banking tools
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales and service targets
- Stay updated on banking regulations and product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office
- FBI background check and credit check required
- Familiarity with banking regulations (Regulations CC, E, etc.)
