Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payrole transactions and vendor payments
- Reconcile invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts
- Resolve payment discrepancies and vendor inquiries
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements
- Prepare weekly payrole reports for management review
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payrole experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and payrole processing
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Experience with high-volume transaction processing
