We are looking for a dedicated individual to manage our accounts payable operations efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Review and verify invoice accuracy, coding, and approvals before processing payments.
- Resolve vendor inquiries and discrepancies regarding invoices and payment status.
- Reconcile vendor statements and maintain accurate AP sub-ledgers on a monthly basis.
- Assist with month-end close procedures, including accruals and adjustments.
- Manage expense reports and corporate credit card reconciliation.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of verifiable experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting.
- Proficiency in AP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or QuickBooks) is highly preferred.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas).
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
