Responsibilities
- Process and code incoming invoices for accurate payment processing.
- Review and verify vendor statements for discrepancies and reconcile accounts.
- Manage the AP general ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice issues.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records of all financial documents.
- Assist with month-end close procedures and financial reporting.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas and formatting) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
