Responsibilities
- Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Review and match purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and communicate with vendors regarding billing issues.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry into the accounting system.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly vendor statements.
- Assist in month-end close processes and financial reporting.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Accounting preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related finance roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks) is a plus.
