Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any payment discrepancies efficiently.
- Manage the accounts payable general ledger and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare and issue payments via checks, ACH, and wire transfers.
- Maintain organized vendor files and adhere to payment schedules.
- Assist with month-end close processes and financial reporting.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of verifiable experience in Accounts Payable or a related finance role.
- Proficiency in AP software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Sage.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formatting).
- Excellent attention to detail with high organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Accounting is preferred.
