Responsibilities
- Process and verify high-volume invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare and issue payments via ACH and check.
- Maintain organized AP files and digital records using accounting software.
- Assist with month-end close processes and financial reporting.
- Communicate effectively with vendors regarding invoice status and questions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related finance role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet weekly deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
