Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness in a timely manner.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor master records in our financial software.
- Prepare and issue monthly payments via check, ACH, or wire transfer.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures, including accruals.
- Respond promptly to vendor inquiries regarding billing and payment status.
- Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable team to ensure smooth cash flow management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups).
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, or Oracle) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
