Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently
- Reconcile vendor invoices and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Manage weekend payment runs and ensure timely processing
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for financial records
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment inquiries
- Support month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Optimize AP processes using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
- Experience with high-volume transaction processing
