Responsibilities
- Process and verify high-volume invoices for accuracy, completeness, and authorization.
- Research and resolve discrepancies with vendors and communicate effectively regarding payment status.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions within the AP ledger and vendor database.
- Perform weekend reconciliation duties and ensure timely posting of payments.
- Assist in the onboarding of new vendors and maintain updated contact information.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal controls and company financial policies.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of verifiable experience in Accounts Payable or General Ledger.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical problem-solving skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
