Responsibilities
- Process and verify high-volume invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare and issue payments via ACH, wire transfer, or check.
- Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payment status and inquiries.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for all AP documentation.
- Assist with month-end close procedures as needed during the weekend cycle.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or General Accounting.
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks or Oracle NetSuite.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups) are required.
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during the weekend shift.
- Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred.
